Each project is confirmed through:

• Agreed scope of work

• Fee structure

• Timeline

Work begins only after written approval and receipt of agreed deposit (if applicable).

4. Fees & Payments

• Fees are outlined in the project proposal.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

• The Studio reserves the right to revise fees if project scope changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All concepts, drawings, visualisations and design materials remain the intellectual property of the Studio until full payment is received.

The client may not reproduce, distribute or modify design work without written consent.

The Studio reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Visualisations & Concept Work

Conceptual visuals and CGI images are artistic representations intended to illustrate design direction.

They may not represent exact construction details or final material outcomes.

7. Design & Build Coordination

Where the Studio provides design & build coordination:

• The Studio acts as design consultant and coordinator.

• Contractors remain responsible for execution and compliance.

• The Studio is not liable for workmanship errors by third-party contractors.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information

• Approve stages in a timely manner

• Make payments according to agreed schedule

Project delays caused by the client may affect timelines.
